Cody Poe, M.S. brings more than 20 years of experience in the gym, combining the discipline of a former college athlete with advanced academic training in psychology and the biological sciences before obtaining his NASM personal training certification. Throughout his career, he has coached individuals toward stronger movement, healthier habits, and sustainable progress. By integrating scientific principles with practical training experience, Cody helps clients understand their bodies, build confidence, and achieve meaningful long‑term fitness results.
